All About Fitness is a family owned and operated fitness facility. Gary and Anette Coppedge, owners, first opened for business in November, 2004 in McKinney, TX. Looking for a more home-town community in which to operate, we decided to move the business to its current location in Aubrey, TX in May, 2005. Our desire is to provide the community with a small, friendly, family oriented fitness center in which to workout and relieve the stresses from everyday life that personal fitness can provide. Our friendly staff makes it a point to get to know each member like they are a part of our family. We also listen to our members for suggestions regarding new classes, additional services and amenities that will help us to better meet their needs.

Come by and see us today. We are conveniently located on Hwy 377 South just south of the Aubrey city limits (in the log cabin).
