Class Descriptions (Trainer / Duration):

ButzNGutz: Nieva / 30 Min. - Gluteals, hamstrings and abdominal muscles challenged to the MAX!

PiYO: Nieva / 60 Min. - Pilates and Yoga for strength and flexibility.

Lift: Nieva / 60 Min. - Weight Training Class. Turn your body into a fat burning machine.

Intro-Fit: Leslie / 60 Min. - Basic Introduction to Fitness to help you meet your goals in a class setting. Balanced fitness with sustained cardio and stretching.

Core: Leslie / 20 Min. - Core Muscles identified and challenged. Strengthen your back and your core.

Cardio. Sculpt.: Leslie / 60 Min. - Intermediate to advanced high energy workout. A great way to increase your cardiovascular capacity and endurance, muscular strength and abdominal tone.

Kickbox: Nieva / 60 Min. - Non-contact workout using punching bags and shadowboxing, kicks, jabs and punches. Regular attendance will increase power and endurance.
